Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Red Eye Louie’s Immoral Spiced Rum
  • 1 tbsp tart cherry concentrate (or 2 tbsp cherry juice)
  • Lemon-lime soda
  • Maraschino cherries or lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add Immoral Spiced Rum and cherry juice to a 10–12 oz glass. Fill ¾ with ice.
  2. Top with lemon-lime soda and stir gently.
  3. Garnish with lemon wedges and cherries if desired.

Yields: 8–10 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 cups white-cranberry–strawberry juice
  • ½ cup Red Eye Louie’s VodQuila
  • ½ cup orange liqueur (triple sec)
  • 1 blood orange
  • 4 cups ice
  • ½ cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup halved strawberries
  • 1 (750 mL) bottle white sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the juice, VodQuila, and orange liqueur. (This base can be refrigerated up to 24 hours.)
  2. Cut the blood orange in half. Juice one half into the punch bowl, then thinly slice the other half.
  3. Add ice, cranberries, strawberries, and orange slices.
  4. Just before serving, slowly pour in sparkling wine.
    Tip: If you can’t find white cranberry–strawberry juice, use white cranberry juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Red Eye Louie’s Immoral Gin

  • ½ tsp activated charcoal powder

  • 4 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 oz lime juice

Instructions

  1. To make black gin (optional): Infuse Immoral Gin with activated charcoal—either shake a small jar of gin with a pinch of charcoal, or infuse a full bottle with 1 tbsp.
  2. Prepare ice spheres and chill serving glasses.
  3. When ready to serve, shake black gin, pineapple juice, and lime juice with ice.
  4. Strain into chilled glasses.
  5. Add an ice sphere and top with a splash of club soda.

  • 2 oz Red Eye Louie’s VodQuila
  • 1 oz lavender syrup

Instructions
