Blueberry Pineapple Tequila Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz Red Eye Louie’s Tequila Plata
- 1 oz lime juice
- 2 oz blueberry syrup
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 egg white
- Pineapple slices + blueberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, blueberry syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
- Dry shake vigorously (no ice) to build foam.
- Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds until very cold.
- Strain into a glass, double-straining for a smoother froth.
- Garnish with pineapple slice and blueberries.
Christmas Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Red Eye Louie’s Immoral Vodka
- 1 oz 100% cranberry juice (unsweetened)
- ½ oz Cointreau
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 2 tsp simple syrup or maple syrup
- Garnish: cranberries, rosemary sprig
Instructions
- Add vodka, cranberry juice, Cointreau, lemon juice, and syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake for 15 seconds until cold.
- Strain into a martini or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with cranberries and a rosemary sprig.
Cran-WhisQuila Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Red Eye Louie’s WhisQuila
- 1 oz sweet red vermouth
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 oz 100% unsweetened cranberry juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Ice
- Garnish: cranberries, rosemary sprigs, orange slices
Instructions
- Add WhisQuila, vermouth, orange juice, cranberry juice, and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until cold and strain into an ice-filled lowball glass.
- Garnish with cranberries and rosemary.
Lavender Lemon Drop
Ingredients
- 2 oz Red Eye Louie’s VodQuila
- 1 oz lavender syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz orange liqueur
- 2 dashes lavender bitters
- Purple sanding sugar (for rimming)
- Lemon twist + lavender sprig (for garnish)
Instructions
- Spread purple sanding sugar on a plate. Rub rim of a martini glass with lemon, then dip to coat.
- Fill shaker with ice and add VodQuila, lavender syrup, lemon juice, orange liqueur, and bitters.
- Shake until very cold and frosty.
- Strain into the prepared martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and lavender sprig.
RumQuila Rudolph
Ingredients
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 1 maraschino cherry
- Ice
- 4 oz Cola
- 2 oz Red Eye Louie’s RumQuila
- 1 ½ oz tart cherry juice
Instructions
- Cut rosemary into two 2″ pieces. Strip lower leaves. Poke two holes in the cherry and insert rosemary sprigs to create “antlers.” Insert a toothpick through the side of the cherry.
- Fill a Collins glass with ice and add Cola, RumQuila, and tart cherry juice.
- Stir gently and garnish with the prepared cherry.
