Witch’s Potion Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 3 fresh blackberries
  • 3 fresh blueberries
  • 3 fresh raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp agave nectar
  • Juice from 2 fresh lime wedges
  • 2 oz Red Eye Louie’s Tequila Plata
  • Sparkling blueberry-flavored soda (Berry Lemonade style)
  • 1 tsp blue sugar (for rim)
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt (for rim)

Instructions:

  1. Combine blue sugar and sea salt on a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip into the sugar-salt mix to coat.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh berries. Add agave nectar, lime juice, and tequila. Fill with ice and shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into the rimmed glass over fresh ice.
