Rhubarb syrup:
Chop up one cup of fresh rhubarb
Place the chopped rhubarb into a blender
Add a cup of sugar
Add a cup of warm water
Blend
Strain it through a fine strainer and cheese cloth

Fill a shaker with ice

  • 2oz. of Rhubarb syrup
  • ¾ oz. of fresh lime juice

Shake well and strain into a chilled gimlet glass.

2 oz. Red Eye Louie’s Immoral Vodka
2 oz. Lemonade
1 oz. Blue Curacao

Instructions

  • 1. Fill your glass completely with ice.
  • 2. Pour grenadine slowly over ice.
  • 3. Slowly add vodka, followed by lemonade.
  • 4. Pour the final layer of blue curacao slowly over the top.

3 oz. Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry (the zero sugar sparkling water drink)
1 oz. Red Eye Louie’s Immoral Vodka
1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 cup black raspberries

A mint sprig for garnish

Pour Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry and Red Eye Louie’s Immoral Vodka in a glass over ice. Add lemon juice and stir. Top with fresh black raspberries and a mint sprig. Serve immediately.

Immoral® Hazelnut Mudslide

FOR THE SAUCE

1 oz. milk
2 tblspn Sweetened Hazelnut Cocoa Spread 

FOR THE COCKTAIL

1 tblspn Sweetened Hazelnut Cocoa Sauce, for drizzling
4 (2-inch) scoops vanilla ice cream (about 1 cup)
1 cup ice
¼ cup Sweetened Hazelnut Cocoa Spread
1 oz. Red Eye Louie’s® Immoral® Vodka
1 oz. coffee liqueur
1 oz. Irish cream liqueur
½ cup Whipped cream, for topping
straw shaped coffee cookie, for serving
1 tblspn of shaved chocolate for the top

To make the sauce, heat the milk in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds to warm. Whisk in 2 tablespoons of Sweetened Hazelnut Cocoa Spread until smooth and saucy. Set aside.

Fill a blender with ice cream, ice, Sweetened Hazelnut Cocoa Spread, Red Eye Louie’s® Immoral® Vodka, coffee liqueur, and Irish cream liqueur. Working quickly, cover the blender and blend until smooth. Mixture should be the consistency of a milkshake.

Using a squeeze bottle or a thin spoon, drizzle the Sweetened Hazelnut Cocoa sauce around the inside of your glass. Pour the blended mudslide into the glass. Top with whipped cream, add the shaved chocolate to the top. Garnish with a straw shaped coffee cookie.

Ingredients:

½ lemon cut into wedges
5 cherries pitted and cut in half or quarters
2 ½ oz Red Eye Louie’s Whisquila
1 tablespoon maple syrup
ice and mint sprig (optional) for serving

Instructions

In the bottom of your cup, add the juice of one of the lemon wedges and some cherries. Muddle together until the cherries are broken up until much smaller pieces. Add in the Red Eye Louie’s Whisquila and maple syrup. Add ice and stir to combine. Garnish with the rest of the cherry halves, a lemon wege, and a sprig of mint.

  • 1 oz Red Eye Louie’s WhisQuila
  • 1 oz pomegranate liqueur
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Add WhisQuila, pomegranate liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice.
