Spiked Apple Cider
Ingredients:
- 1 gallon premade apple cider
- Cinnamon sticks
- Cloves
- Nutmeg
- Red Eye Louie’s WhisQuila
Instructions:
- Warm apple cider in a pot with cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg — do not boil.
- Add 2 oz WhisQuila to a mug and top with hot cider.
- Stir with a cinnamon stick and leave stick in the glass.
Tasting Notes:
Sweet and comforting with mulled spice aromas. Apple’s natural tartness pairs beautifully with the whiskey-like character of WhisQuila.
Bloody Maria
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Red Eye Louie’s VodQuila
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes celery salt
- 3 dashes black pepper
- 1 dash lime juice
- 4–6 oz tomato juice
- Garnish: lime wedge, celery stalk
Instructions:
- Add VodQuila, horseradish, Dijon, hot sauce, Worcestershire, celery salt, pepper, and lime juice to a tall glass; stir well.
- Add tomato juice and mix by rolling back and forth between glasses or stir vigorously.
- Add ice and stir again.
- Garnish with lime and celery.
- Optional: Rim the glass with salt/chilli powder mixture if you like before filling the glass.
Cocoa Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 1 (750ml) bottle Red Eye Louie’s WhisQuila
- ¼ cup cacao nibs
- For the Cocktail:
- 2 maraschino cherries (divided)
- 1 orange slice (cut in half)
- ½ oz demerara syrup
- 3 dashes mole bitters
- 2½ oz chocolate-infused WhisQuila
Instructions:
- Infuse: Add cacao nibs to a jar, pour in WhisQuila, shake, and infuse 3 days or until balanced. Strain and rebottle.
- Make the cocktail: Add one cherry, half orange slice, demerara syrup, and bitters to an old-fashioned glass. Muddle.
- Fill glass with ice and add infused WhisQuila.
- Stir lightly.
- Garnish with remaining cherry, orange slice, and optional orange zest.
Cinnamon White Russian
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Red Eye Louie’s VodQuila
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz heavy cream, half-and-half, or milk of choice
- ½ oz cinnamon syrup
- Cinnamon sugar for rim
Instructions:

Rim a rocks glass in cinnamon sugar using syrup or water.

In a shaker with ice, combine VodQuila, coffee liqueur, cream, and cinnamon syrup.

Shake vigorously.

Strain into the prepared glass and serve.
Nightmare on WhisQuila Street
Ingredients:
- Cinnamon sugar, for rim (optional)
- 1 ½ oz Red Eye Louie’s WhisQuila
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup apple cider
- 1–2 tsp real maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger (or ¼ tsp ground ginger)
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- 5 oz sparkling hard Honeycrisp apple cider
- Cinnamon sticks, rosemary, and apple slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Rim a cocktail glass with cinnamon sugar and fill with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine WhisQuila, lemon juice, apple cider, maple syrup, ginger, and cinnamon. Shake to combine.
- Strain into the prepared glass and top with sparkling hard cider.
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks, rosemary, and apple slices.
