Blended and Premium Cocktails
Not every cocktail starts the same way. Some begin with one base spirit. Ours start with two. Vodquila, Rumquila, and Whisquila are blended from fully distilled liquors, giving you layered taste before the first splash of juice, soda, or bitters even hits the glass.
On the other side of our bar, the Immoral line offers stand-alone premium spirits. Immoral Vodka keeps it crisp. Immoral Gin brings a coastal citrus twist. The Desert Mirage
- 2 oz VodQuila
- 1 oz cucumber juice
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz agave syrup
- 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
- Cucumber ribbon + smoked sea salt rim
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe with a smoked salt rim. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon curled into a spiral.

Smoked Citrus Old Fashioned

2 oz WhisQuila

½ oz smoked honey syrup (honey + smoked water)

¾ oz fresh lemon juice

2 dashes orange bitters

Burnt rosemary sprig for garnish
Method:
Shake with ice and strain into a smoked rocks glass. Garnish with the rosemary sprig lit briefly then extinguished to smolder.

Ghost of San Juan
Ingredients:

2 oz RumQuila

¾ oz fresh lime juice

½ oz banana liqueur

¼ oz demerara syrup
-
Dash of Angostura bitters
-
Flamed banana slice for garnish
Method:
Shake everything with ice and strain into a rocks glass over a clear cube. Garnish with a flamed banana slice on a cocktail pick.

Method:
Build in a highball glass over ice. Top with ginger beer and bitters. Garnish with skewered star anise and candied ginger.

IMMORAL Gin Gulf Gimlet
- Ingredients:
- 2 oz IMMORAL Gin
- ¾ oz basil & lime muddle
- ¼ oz celery bitters
- Fresh basil and cucumber slice garnish
Method:
Muddle basil and lime juice. Shake with ice and fine strain into a coupe. Garnish with slapped basil and cucumber slice laid across the rim.

- ¾ oz dry vermouth
- ¼ oz olive brine
- Blue cheese-stuffed olive garnish
Method:
Stir until icy cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the olive skewer.
